Muskat Devine is pleased to announce it is growing the firm with the addition of attorney Brittany King. The addition of Ms. King will help strengthen the firm’s already powerful labor and employment practice.
“We are very pleased to welcome Brittany to our team,” said Mike Muskat, co-founder of Muskat Devine. “We know her previous labor and employment experience will be a tremendous asset to our firm and, most importantly, to our clients.”
Ms. King, who joins the firm as an associate attorney, will work with clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, handbook and agreement drafting and the defense of employment claims predicated on federal and state law. She will also advise and counsel employers regarding labor and employment laws, including FLSA and Title VII.
Ms. King comes to Muskat Devine from national law firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings. She received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a Chancellor’s Law Scholar. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Auburn University.
