Muskat Devine Promotes Labor and Employment Senior Associate Mariah Berry to Firm Partner

Houston-based labor and employment law firm Muskat Devine is pleased to announce that senior associate Mariah Berry has been elevated to partner. 

Ms. Berry defends employers against complex workplace claims. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and provides strategic counsel and high-level litigation support to local businesses and national corporations.

Prior to joining Muskat Devine, Ms. Berry worked at a well-established trial firm, equipping her to advise clients on the long-term impact of their business operations. She also served as a policy analyst for State Rep. Gene Wu, D-Houston, and was a judicial intern to the Honorable Lee Yeakel of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
