Muskat Devine is pleased to announce that Senior Associate Mariah Berry has been named to the 2024 Texas Rising Stars list for her work in labor and employment law.
This is Ms. Berry’s first year to be selected to Texas Rising Stars, which recognizes no more than 2.5% of young lawyers in Texas.
“We are so happy to see Mariah recognized in this way,” said Muskat Devine partner Mike Muskat. “She is an incredible talent and puts 100% in for our clients each and every day. This honor is well-deserved.”
Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Ms. Berry litigates all types of employment-related matters. Her work also includes counseling clients on their obligations under federal and state labor and employment laws and providing employers insight into the impact and likely consequences of their employment decisions.
“I love the work we’re able to do for our clients,” said Ms. Berry. “It is very nice to be recognized for something you love and even better when that recognition comes from your peers. I’m truly honored.”
Honorees are selected based on peer nominations, independent research and a review by separate advisory boards. To be eligible for Rising Stars, a lawyer must be 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
