Brittany King

Brittany King assists employers with a variety of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, handbook and agreement drafting, and the defense of employment claims predicated on federal and state law. She advises employers on labor and employment laws, including their obligations under state law, the FLSA and Title VII. Brittany also collaborates with clients to manage employee relations, make employment decisions, and achieve favorable resolutions at all stages of litigation.
