Muskat Devine is pleased to announce that partners Mike Muskat and Michelle Mahony have been named to the 2021 list of Texas Super Lawyers, recognition that places them among the top 5 percent of attorneys in the state of Texas.
Mr. Muskat and Ms. Mahony are each recognized for their expertise in labor and employment law. This is Mr. Muskat’s ninth year to be honored by Texas Super Lawyers and Ms. Mahony’s seventh.
Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Muskat has successfully handled hundreds of cases on behalf of employers involving nearly every type of employment law claim. His work has also been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Benchmark Litigation.
Ms. Mahony has spent more than 20 years defending employers in a wide range of employment and wage and hour cases. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and she has previously been named among the Top Women Attorneys in Texas.
Super Lawyers, owned by Thomson Reuters, makes selections based on a multiphase process that combines peer nominations and evaluations with independent research.
